AYOUB EL-QAHZZANI – THE HIGH SPEED TRAIN SHOOTER

* Ayoub el-Qahzzani , the Arras high-speed train shooter, was born in 1989 in Morocco . According to Spanish sources and the newspaper El Pais Ayoub el-Qahzzani left Morocco in 2013 and was living in Spain for over a year before he decided to move to France in 2014 (see also – Mehdi Nemmouch ).
From France Ayoub el-Qahzzani traveled to Syria, probably to join the Islamic State, butr returned soon to France. . His cellphone number was found in the Verviers Raid in Belgium, in 01/2015, in one of the cell phones of the Verviers Islamists killed in the raid. He was known to the French and European intelligence services. While in Belgium He used to attend the same Mosque in Molenbeek with Chakib Akrouh .
Ayoub el-Qahzzani got up to the high-speed train from Amsterdam to Paris in Brussels after the weapon he used in the attack was hidden for him in a bag in one of Brussels Parks. He was lightly wounded in the Arras train shooting, on 08/21/2015, and moved to the local Arras Hospital.
