ALAN HENNING BEHEADED IN SYRIA
The beheading of British hostage Alan Henning, 47, by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant – I.S.I.S – was distributed on the web on 10/04/2014, after three such videos were released on the Internet in the previous weeks.
Alan Henning, a taxi driver from the town of Eccles in northwest England, was snatched minutes after his aid convoy entered Syria in 12/2013.
“Obama, you have started your aerial bombardment of Sham [Syria], which keeps on striking our people, so it is only right that we continue to strike the neck of your people,” the masked slaughterer in the video said.
The video ended with an I.S.I.S member threatening a man identified as an American named Peter Kassig, probably the next in line to be executed.

A day earlier, on 10/03/2014, the Nigerian Boko Haram released a footage that shows charred plane wreckage and the beheading of a man identified as a pilot of a missing Nigerian Air Force jet, bolstering the group’s claims that it shot down a fighter plane.
The video also allegedly features Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau, a man Nigeria’s military twice has claimed to kill — first in 2009 and again last year. Two weeks ago the military said they had killed a Shekau lookalike who had posed in the group’s videos.
The executioner was, eventually, identified on 02/26/2015, as Mohammed Emwazi .
