FRENCH JIHADIST CHARAFFE AL-MOUADAM KILLED IN SYRIA
–
* Charaffe al-Mouadan, A French suspect in the deadly Paris attacks claimed by the Islamic State (ISIS) has been killed by US coalition forces in Syria on Thursday 12/24/2015, the US military said on Tuesday 12/29/2015..
Charaffe al-Mouadan, 27, a native of the St Denis suburb of Paris, was among 10 I.S.I.S leaders allegedly killed in recent airstrikes targeting ISIS’s leadership.
Colonel Steve Warren said Mouadan had direct links to the “Paris attack cell leader”, and others targeted were “actively planning additional attacks against the West”.
“Over the past month we’ve killed 10 ISIL leaders in air strikes. We will hunt ISIS members who want to recruit and attack the West,” Warren said.
Charaffe al-Mouadan, a close associate of Abdelhamid Abaaoud. is believed to have fled to Syria in 11/2015. It was unclear if he travelled there before or after the November 13 Paris attacks that killed 130 people.
Giving the successful seizure of Abu-Omar al-Shishani just two days earlier it is obvious that USA managed to penetrate ISIS organization and to build a network of combined intelligence sources inside the Islamic State .
