The french and Belgian authorities said, on 01/14/2016, they identified the Third Cafe team bomber as Belgian born citizen fom Moroccan descent and with dual citizenship Chakib Akrouh, 25, who blow himself up during the Saint Denis raid, on 11/18/2015, alongside his colleague, friend and partner Abdelhamid Abaaoud and Hasna Ait Boulahcen .According to the authorities Chakib Akrouh, also from Molenbeek suburb of Brussels, traveled, since 01/04/2013, at least twice to Syria and back to Europe. He used to attend the same Mosque in Molenbeek with Ayoub el-Qahzzani, the Arras High Speed Train shooter , on 08/21/2015.In 07/2015 Chakib Akrouh was sentenced, in Absentia,, in a Belgian court to 5 years imprisonment for weaving a recruiting network of jihadists to Syria. Abdelhamid Abaaoud was sentenced in the same case, also in Absentia, to 20 years in jail.
Chakib Akrouh was filmed with Abdelhamid Abaaoud in Paris underground, the Metro, just after the Paris attacks on 11/13/2015..
