* Fahd Mohammed Ahmed Al-Quso was born, on 11/12/1974, in Aden, Southern Yemen. In January 2000, Fahd Al-Quso traveled to Thailand and then to Malaysia, where he met, in the Kuala Lumpur Convention, with The 9/11 hijackers Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi and with Tawfiq bin Attash, as well as other Al-Qaeda operatives. Fahd Al-Quso was interrogated in Yemen following The 9/11. During the interrogations, he was able to identify Hazmi and Mihdhar in photographs taken in Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur Convention. Fahd Al-Quso admitted to have received 6,000$ from Tawfiq bin Attash assumed to be used for the preparations of the USS Cole bombing.

Fahd Al-Quso was wanted by the American FBI for involvement in the attack on USS Cole, in the Gulf of Aden, on 10/12/2000.  According to the FBI he purchased materials for the attack, filmed it and distributed the footage to several Arab TV networks.
